a9bd Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and a9bd ("Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the a9bd platform at https://a9bd.app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on a9bd, including online slots, live casino games, crash games, sports betting (including cricket betting), and any promotional offers available to registered players. These Terms should be read alongside the a9bd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the same binding agreement.

To register and use a9bd you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. a9bd strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and may request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person registering under your own identity with accurate personal details. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-human legal persons are not permitted to hold accounts.

• You must not be a current employee, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an a9bd employee or of any affiliated game studio partner.
• You must not already hold an existing active or previously closed a9bd account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

a9bd reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage. Where eligibility criteria are not met, a9bd may suspend or permanently close the account. Any winnings derived from ineligible play may be voided.

To access a9bd, you must create a registered account by providing a valid mobile number and a password. You represent and warrant that all information submitted during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. a9bd treats any activity performed using your credentials as activity authorised by you. Notify a9bd support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Keep your registered mobile number and contact details up to date. a9bd uses these for identity verification, transaction confirmation, and security alerts.
• a9bd may require KYC identity verification documentation at any time, including a national ID, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.
• Use a strong and unique password for your a9bd account, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not reuse passwords from other websites or services.

a9bd operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. If a player is found to hold multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, or payment method — all duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any balances or winnings in those accounts are subject to forfeiture.

a9bd supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through locally relevant payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific methods may change without prior notice. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. a9bd does not impose a maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. a9bd may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. If identified, such funds will be returned and the account may be suspended.
• Withdrawal processing times range from a few minutes to 72 hours depending on the payment method, time of day, and whether additional verification is required. a9bd processes all verified withdrawals as promptly as possible.

a9bd does not charge fees for standard BDT deposits or withdrawals via supported local payment methods. International card transactions may incur fees applied by the card network or issuing bank; these are outside a9bd's control and are non-refundable by a9bd.

a9bd may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated when the offer is communicated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility is determined by a9bd at its sole discretion and may depend on account status, deposit history, or other factors.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be played through before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Bonuses may only be used on the specific game types stated in the offer terms. Using a bonus on an excluded game type will not count towards wagering requirements and may result in the bonus being voided.
• a9bd reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time without prior notice, provided that wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured on the original terms.
• Only one bonus offer may be active in a player's account at any one time unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses is a breach of these Terms.

a9bd takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using software to exploit wagering requirements, and hedging bonus bets across accounts. Players found abusing bonuses will have all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and may have their account permanently closed.

All games available on a9bd are operated by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Game outcomes are determined exclusively by those studios' certified RNG systems and live dealer procedures. a9bd does not intervene in, modify, or influence game outcomes at any stage.

Players must not attempt to interfere with, manipulate, or exploit any game, game software, or game system. The following conduct is specifically prohibited in relation to gameplay:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or under any false or third-party identity.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. a9bd is required to report suspicious financial transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other location-masking method with the intent to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform security measures.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game or sports betting outcomes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing a9bd staff or other players through any communication channel including live chat, email, or social media.

Where a9bd determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account, withhold or forfeit any pending withdrawals or account balance, and take any further legal or regulatory action it deems necessary.

a9bd may suspend or terminate a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player no longer satisfies the eligibility requirements; (c) the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (d) regulatory or legal requirements necessitate the action; or (e) continued operation of the account would expose a9bd to regulatory, legal, reputational, or financial risk.

A player may voluntarily close their a9bd account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned via the player's most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. a9bd will process the final balance return within a reasonable time frame following closure confirmation.

All content on the a9bd platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, and software interfaces provided by a9bd — is the exclusive intellectual property of a9bd or is used under licence from its respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the a9bd platform without prior written consent from a9bd.

Game content delivered to a9bd by third-party studios (including game graphics, sounds, and mechanics) is the intellectual property of those studios and subject to their own licensing arrangements. Players may not attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract any game assets from the a9bd platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a9bd's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. a9bd shall not be liable for any of the following losses, whether or not foreseeable:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or any other indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use a9bd.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game, including interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond a9bd's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes a9bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by a9bd's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

a9bd collects, stores, and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the platform and the provision of services to registered players. The types of personal data collected, the purposes for which it is used, your rights as a data subject, and applicable retention periods are all set out in detail in the a9bd Privacy Policy available at /privacy-policy.

By registering for and using an a9bd account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. a9bd implements SSL encryption and appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. a9bd does not sell personal data to third parties.

a9bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, a9bd will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and updating the Last updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the a9bd platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using a9bd immediately and close your account by contacting support. Amendments do not apply retrospectively to disputes or claims that arose before the effective date of the amendment, except where required by applicable law.
